I designed a sticker just after Christmas for West Lindsey District Council to promote breastfeeding in cafe's and such. The stickers would be stuck in the cafe windows for all to see! My design wasn't chosen but now I have decided to modify it, just because. Since I made the last sticker I've become a lot more proficient on photoshop which for this type of project has helped me endlessly!

Glastonbury t-shirts!
We've just got a competition through to design a t-shirt for Glastonbury 2010, to be distributed at the festival. I decided creating my design in a million colours would be my best bet, and settled on the green, blue and pink ones. I like the 'splatty' way those colours turned out, the others look a little too neat, plus the pink, blue and green are the brightest and theres no place for lame colours at a festival!

To Kill A Mockingbird...possibly finished!
I think I may have finished my Negotiated Project final work! If I don't pick holes in them between now and my final show this is what I shall be submitting (amongst other things). Phew!

London Transport poster
This is a competition poster for London Transport aiming to advertise the environmental and recreational benefits of cycling in London. I think I'm probably going to do a bit more work on this, fiddle around with colour and composition and the like but I thought I'd put it up anyway because I am kinda proud of it!

To Kill A Mockingbird
These two pieces are for my Negotiated Project. They are ideas for illustrating each of the four main characters in Harper Lee's novel To Kill A Mockingbird, these two being Scout Finch and Tom Robinson. They are still only ideas but I'm really liking the way they have turned out and will most likely be using this format for the final work.

More Wasteland final pieces!
"The rattle of Bones and chuckles spread from ear to ear", this took me quite a while! It's suprising how long hand painting lettering can take, but i think it's worth it.
"The typist home at teatime", it was tough doing the text on this one, making it look like splodgy typewriter print by using a fineliner. Im hoping I pulled it off.

"Put out the cat, and..."
This is a page for a childrens book, the whole class was given a sentence each and had to create their illustration around it. However there were certain rules, which were that the character had to have the stripy top and red converse trainers, and the background had to be in black and white. Other than that "Sam" could be any character you wanted him/her to be.
